Position Summary

IT Planning and Management position will conduct IT Investment/Expense Management and project management(Contract/Delivery/Deadline).

This position will manage IT Infra/Security environment as well. Such as Based on IT technology and security, making sure that what the efficient way is.

Also this position should understand and follow up and company's strategy and policy, so conduct tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning:
   • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
   • Conduct regular assessments of IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
2. Project Management:
   • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
   • Create detailed project plans, allocate resources, set milestones, and develop communication strategies.
   • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
3. Resource Management:
   • Manage the IT budget, including forecasting and tracking expenditures.
   • Allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful completion of projects.
   • Coordinate with various departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Compliance and Standards:
   • Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and regulations.
   • Conduct audits of implemented technology to ascertain performance and adherence to standards.
5. Communication and Collaboration:
   • Serve as the liaison between the IT department and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
   • Prepare and present reports on IT project status, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
6. Innovation and Improvement:
   • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
   • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service delivery and operational efficiency.
7. Risk Management:
   • Identify potential risks related to IT projects and operations, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
   • Ensure data security and integrity through the implementation of robust IT security measures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of strategic, conceptual and consultative process
• Ability to manage multiple projects and schedules to meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills, people-management, leadership and communication skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
• Collaborating and communicating skill with other department
